If it was on the sky somewhere, a place at Zenith would be on Horizon from other viewpoint, but on the Sun itself it is always there, where the Sun is... The right sunspots are always oriented in East-West direction, with opposite orientation in North and South hemisphere, and opposite in each Sunspot cycle.
The wrong sunspots are either oriented in North-South direction, or have only half of the usual field pair, or are high-latitude sunspots of old polarity in place, where a sunspot of new polarity should be...
Or wrong as this JB sunspot, which has three parts with neither new nor old cycle orientation, and further it's oriented rather in north-south direction, and so it may be even considered doubly-wrong...
