It does not matter, that the EOs are not actually Biden's... Rather it is evident, that "A Baddon" Biden is just a puppet of the Oligarchs behind the curtain, who installed him there by their fraud to do their bidding...
So what did they used their US Theft of Election Fraud for, beside personal purging of righteous people (from military and judiciary and bureaucracy):
‘Executive Order on Strengthening Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act.’ Promotes socialized healthcare.
There should be Triple System in the Healthcare:
Socialism for the People - you pay insurance and every "basic" medical treatment is almost free...
This is just... Because even if you do not need the healthcare now, but maybe your parents do,
and you too will need it later when retired...
Usually those, who need it most, have least money to afford it,
and presently the dire medical situation into which anyone can get
is vile extortion to pay dear...
For this to work, the Price Limits must be specified by the State Bureaucracy,
as bargained in the tripartite of
Payers (Insurance companies),
Producers (Pharmacists and Medical Industry)
and Providers (Doctors and Hospitals, represented by their Unions).
Failing to have Price Limits specified was a foremost problem of Obamacare,
since the Producers (Pharmacists)
and Providers (Doctors and Hospitals)
elevated the prices above any reasonable values
and Insurance payed whatever they asked
and Payments by The People were unreasonably high because of that...
If you want a socialist-like system, the State must regulate it
for the final benefit of the Society of The People...
